James B. Erhardt, MD, FACS

Otolaryngologist

Dr. Erhardt opened his Ear, Nose, and Throat care center with Western Washington Medical Group in 2005, after fifteen years of practice in Bellingham. Board Certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Erhardt received his medical degree from Creighton University, and completed his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center. He has special interest and training in nasal/sinus disease and airway problems, and truly enjoys working with patients to find the most beneficial solution to their ear, nose, or throat problem.

Matthew Ashbach, MD

Otolaryngologist

Dr. Ashbach received his medical degree from the University of Washington.  He joined Western Washington Medical Group ENT in 2009 after completing his residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, where he received extensive training in pediatric otolaryn-gology as well as the newest techniques in image-guided sinus surgery and anterior cranial base surgery.  His areas of special interest and expertise include managing problems with nose/sinus disorders, the aging face, tumors of the head and neck, snoring, and ear/hearing disorders.

Lori Walker, Au.D.

Clinical Audiologist

Dr. Walker, Audiologist, has been providing hearing healthcare services for over 20 years. Board Certified in Audiology, Dr. Walker completed her Masters degree in Audiology at the University of Arizona and received her doctorate from AT Still University in 2006. Dr Walker provides our patients with comprehensive hearing evaluations in order to assist our physicians in diagnosing hearing problems. She also provides a comprehensive hearing aid dispensing program. She has a special interest in working with our senior patients to help them hear better.

Erin Robinson, MA, FAAA

Clinical Audiologist

Erin Robinson earned her Master’s degree in Audiology at Western Washington University in 2003, and joined Western Washington Medical Group in 2011. Erin is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and brings great passion to providing hearing care services to our patients. She has special interest in evaluating the hearing of our youngest patients, as well as providing successful hearing solutions for adults.

Kelly Kerzman, CPC

Practice Manager

Kelly, our billing specialist, is a Certified Professional Coder, specializing in ENT Coding. Kelly is active with the Everett Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders, maintaining her Certification with regular continuing education opportunities, to ensure that your insurance is billed properly.

Medical Receptionist

When you telephone our office, or check in for an appointment, Crystal will greet you with a friendly smile and unsurpassed customer service. Crystal is excellent in running a busy front desk, and is delighted to help you with referral questions and scheduling appointments.
